Mrs. Gleichman's Corner
We had a great first week of school and are getting into a classroom routine. Three students have shared "me in a bag" and all of us have enjoyed learning exciting things about our classmates and their families.
Thank you for getting your student to school by 12:25. Mrs. Dewitt and I will try to always be outside the front door to bring students in by 12:28. This week pre-school is starting so it will be important to arrive on time. Thank you so much!
Mrs. Coppola, our guidance counselor will come in twice a month on Tuesdays to work on friendship skills. She will also bring in the prize chart where students may turn their tickets into prizes. Your children earn tickets by positive behavior; good listening, being a helpful and caring friend, working hard, following directions and having a great attitude about learning. Mrs. Dewitt and I are amazed at the motivation tickets produce. Just wait until the prize chart arrives!
Reminder: There is NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10.
