VIRTUS TRAINING

The Diocese of Des Moines is committed to the protection of young people from sexual abuse in the Church.  The four dioceses of Iowa have developed safe environment programs for clergy, parish and school staff and volunteers to help keep children safe from sexual abuse.  All individuals who are employed by or volunteer at St. Augustin School are required to attend Virtus Training.  To register for the next session, please click on the following link:  www.virtus.org.  A complete list of sessions and locations are available on the Virtus web site.  Please call the school office if you are unable to register on-line or have any questions.

In addition to Virtus Training, all individuals are required to complete a background check form.
