2022-2023 Enrollment Applications
Re-enrollment for current school families and enrollment for new PreKindergarten, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten families is opened January 17th through January 24, 2021. After this date, any remaining availability will be open to new families interested in enrolling at St. Augustin Catholic School. New families, please contact the school office at 515-279-5947 to check grade level availability prior to completing the 4-step enrollment process.
4-Step Enrollment Process
Step 1 - Online Enrollment Application Form
Complete the online enrollment application form by clicking a button below and filling in all applicable or required fields. Please refrain from using the auto-fill feature in your web browser.
Step 2 - Tuition Payment Plan & Registration Fee
For families with Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade students, a registration fee ($200 per student) and tuition payment plan will be paid through FACTS Tuition Management. PreKindergarten students skip to step 4.
*Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment and will not be refunded unless moving out of state. If you cannot pay the registration fee at the time of enrollment, please contact the school office.
Active Payment Plans for the current school year have been rolled forward for the 2022-23 school year. NEW THIS YEAR - if you pay your tuition with monthly ACH, you'll be paying over 12 months instead of a 9 or 10 month payment plan. After completing step 1 (above), confirm your payment plan in FACTS. Later, an invoice for the registration fee will be issued through your FACTS account* after the school office processes enrollment forms.
- Log into your FACTS account to review/change your financial account information and confirm your payment plan. Remember to choose the 2022-23 school year, which says Pending next to it.
- If you would like to change your payment frequency for the 2022-23 school year, you will need to contact Mrs. Watters in the school office. Email Mrs. Watters or call 515-279-5947.
Create your FACTS Tuition Management Account and set up your financial account information and payment plan. Later, an invoice for registration fee(s)* will be issued through your FACTS account after the school office processes your enrollment form.

Step 3 - Saint Augustin Parish Tithing Form
Saint Augustin Church parishioners should complete and return to the church a Saint Augustin Parish ACH form
to continue/begin monthly tithing. Parish affiliation will be verified by the parish. You may also use this link
to enter your information online. Non-Catholic and out-of-parish families skip to step 4.
Step 4 - Fall E-registration
In August, complete each student's e-registration via JMC Student Management Software system. Parents will be notified via email in the fall when e-registration is available. JMC Online Registration Instructions.
