Athletics & Activities

St. Augustin Catholic School offers a variety of enrichment activities for all students. Primary level students are offered academic and recreational programs, and our older students enjoy participating in St. Augustin athletics, fine arts, and other middle school activities.

St. Augustin Athletics Policy

Our goal for all middle school sports programs is to encourage good sportsmanship on and off the field. St. Augustin athletics strives to provide all students with an opportunity to learn competitive sports. The sportsmanship displayed by students, coaches and fans at all St. Augustin sports events must reflect the values of our Catholic Christian School. St. Augustin Sports Opportunities

St. Augustin athletics is a part of the Des Moines Area Catholic Athletic League.  Many middle school sports are offered through this program.  Read the Des Moines Area Catholic Athletic League Handbook to see the requirements to join a middle school sports team and coaches information.

Student Council	Student council is an opportunity for St. Augustin Catholic School students to develop leadership skills through unique coursework and the creation, organization, and implementation of various school activities and service projects. The student council will represent the views of the student body to school management, promote good communication within the school, support the educational development and progress of students, and mentor new students.
